学做蜂蜜柚子茶
这是第一次做柚子茶,看了各家的方法也各异,自已动手试了一下,下面是几点心得。一是柚子皮切丝的时候还是切得太大了,你如果想试的话就能切多细切多细吧,这样在浸泡的过程中应该会去掉更多苦味。二是有的方子柚子皮用盐腌好后还用水煮过10分钟左右,我琢磨着这精华都在皮里,怕煮了会煮掉很多有效成份,所以省了这一步,但成品苦味比较重,如果介意的筒子还是先煮一下,应该会不苦些。三是我用了一个柚子皮和半个柚肉,感觉柚肉用少了,因为柚肉放下去的时候看着多,到最后剩下只有一点了,可以放大半个或整个柚肉。四是吃的时候,感觉这样吃更好吃:每一次泡先用温水泡出大部分蜂蜜的味道先吃掉,第二次泡可用开水泡一会儿,泡出柚皮的香味,柚粒中也会充满水,吃着也很有趣的感觉,这样吃营养和口感两不误,以上,希望对想做的筒子有所帮助。

    Steps to make 学做蜂蜜柚子茶

    • 1.柚子用盐细细地擦洗一两遍。
    • 2.削下柚皮。
    • 3.再削去白色部分,尽量少留白色的,会很苦。
    • 4.柚子切尽量细的丝(我切得还是粗了点)。
    • 5.切好的柚皮用少量盐搓一小会儿后冲洗掉,如此反复三遍后泡1小时。(也可以泡久点,换换水可以多去掉苦味)
    • 6.柚子肉剥出备用。
    • 7.把泡好的柚子皮和适量冰糖放在搪瓷锅中。(这一步前还可以先将柚皮煮10分钟)
    • 8.加水没过柚皮多。
    • 9.煮至柚皮透明,剩少量水。
    • 10.加入柚肉同煮。不用另加水,柚肉会出很多水的。
    • 11.煮至皮和肉晶莹透亮,水差不多干。
    • 12.晾凉后,倒上适量蜂蜜,放冰箱冷藏几天或一个星期后食用。
