    • 1.准备原料。
    • 2.平菇顺着纹理撕成条。
    • 3.鸡蛋打散,加玉米淀粉,孜然粉,盐加少许水拌匀。
    • 4.平菇洗净,用手用力挤干水分,放到砧板上晾一会。
    • 5.裹面糊。
    • 6.油微微冒烟时把平菇放入炸制。
    • 7.炸定型捞出。
    • 8.油温升高后复炸一遍,炸黄炸脆撒孜然粉即可。比刚才颜色漂亮了吧。
