法式乳酪蔓越莓月饼

Steps to make 法式乳酪蔓越莓月饼

  • 1.所有外皮的调料都准备好
  • 2.黄油切成片,常温下软化。倒入糖粉。把糖粉和黄油充分的搅拌均匀

  • 4.过筛放入50g的杏仁粉。然后过筛放入低筋面粉。用搅拌铲把面粉与5中的料充分搅拌均匀,常温静置半个小时
  • 5.准备好所有馅料的食材。奶油奶酪提前常温软化
  • 6.蛋液与淡奶油一起加入奶酪中。用搅拌铲充分搅拌均匀即可
  • 7.面皮的料和馅料以及模具、裱花袋等备用
  • 8.面皮的料放入裱花袋中,减一个差不多1CM的口。以螺旋的方式挤满底部。
  • 9.按压平整
  • 10.然后侧面也螺旋的形式挤到8分满。按压平整
  • 11.奶油奶酪的馅料放入。蔓越莓干放入馅料中
  • 12.再用装面皮料的裱花袋把表面填平。抹平整
  • 13.在月饼的表面刷上蛋黄液,然后用叉子弄出横线的形状
