  • 1.鲫鱼清洗干净,刮干净鱼肚里黑色那层薄膜。
  • 2.所谓的两面三刀就是这个意思,鱼背划三刀,姜块切片。
  • 3.热锅下油,中小火煎一下姜片后放入鲫鱼,煎至两面微黄(黄色那块是鱼子)。
  • 4.倒入适量清水,大火烧开后转小火慢煮。
  • 5.半根萝卜擦成丝。
  • 6.待汤色变白把萝卜丝倒入锅内同煮。
  • 7.翻滚的鱼汤浓、白色,出锅加少许盐调味。
