  • 1.买来的新鲜蒜,去皮去根,收拾好,洗干净,用清水浸泡两天。每天换一次水。
  • 2.把1400克清水烧开,关火,倒入白糖、蜂蜜、白醋、酱油搅拌均匀。让白糖和蜂蜜完全融化。
  • 3.等汁完全凉透时,把糖蒜沥干水分,倒入调好的汁中。
  • 4.把糖蒜和汁倒入小坛中密封,30天左右就可以食用了。
