麦胚水果雪糕
夏天来了小家伙总吵着要吃雪糕,正好给他做生日蛋糕剩下一些淡奶油不知道怎么消耗掉,于是就满足一下他的口腹之欲吧。果酱也是我自己熬制的,加了即食小麦胚芽,吃起来香软中又有点脆脆的口感,真的是美味极了。
小麦胚芽仅占麦粒重量的2.5%,但是营养却占整个麦粒的97%,富含膳食纤维、蛋白质、VE等,这个雪糕营养是够够的了吧,哈哈。

  • 淡奶油260g
  • 棉花糖35g(fluff焦糖味)
  • 芒果2个
  • 佰麦仕即食胚芽片5g
  • 树莓果酱30g

Steps to make 麦胚水果雪糕

  • 1.芒果肉切好备用;
  • 2.模具清洗干净晾干,插上棍子;
  • 3.将fluff棉花糖(焦糖味)、树莓果酱和即食小麦胚芽放进淡奶油中打发;
  • 4.打发到稍稍可以保持纹路即可;
  • 5.打发好的淡奶油装入模具中,先装一半,放入芒果果肉后再填满,表面用刮刀抹平,放进冰箱冷冻好即可;
  • 6.成品;
