  • 7.醒发好的面团擀开
  • 8.刷上融化的黄油
  • 9.反面也刷上黄油,切成丝
  • 10.整理好后轻轻卷在一起,金丝完成
  • 11.将金丝切成八等份
  • 12.将碧玉皮揉成长条,切成八等份
  • 13.取一小份擀开
  • 14.挤上玫瑰酱
  • 15.放上一段金丝
  • 16.包好
  • 17.将剩余七份以同样方法包好
  • 18.上锅热水中火蒸15分钟
  • 19.用剩余边角料做成玫瑰花瓣装饰,碧玉玫瑰金丝卷完成。
