Steps to make 一口咬下去果香四溢,酸甜开胃的橙汁虾球

  • 1.把大虾剥去壳,剪去头冲洗一下,把虾背剖开,随便把虾肠清理干净,把处理好的大虾放入碗中。加入姜片和香葱段,料酒和胡椒粉,适量盐搅拌均匀腌制二十分钟左右。
  • 2.把橙子清洗干净,一个切成薄片铺入盘中,其余2个橙子切开去皮,放入榨汁机中加少许水榨汁,榨好后倒入碗中,顺便用过滤网过滤掉残渣,把白糖放入橙汁中搅拌均匀待用。
  • 3.准备一个盘放入淀粉,把腌制好的大虾取出装入干净的碗里,倒入一个鸡蛋搅拌均匀,把大虾依次放入淀粉盘中沾上淀粉。
  • 4.锅内放入植物油烧7成热转中小火,把虾球放入锅中。
  • 5.把锅中的虾球炸至变色大约2分钟左右,具体根据你的虾的大小,控干油装入盘中。
  • 6.另取一个锅,把橙汁倒入锅内中小火煮开,取一个小碗放入5克淀粉用少许水化开调匀倒入锅中,慢慢搅拌至橙汁浓稠后倒入大虾球,边煮边搅拌均匀至黏稠后关火。
  • 7.把虾球一个个放入提前准备好盘的橙子片上,最后把余下的橙汁浇入虾球上。
  • 8.上桌啦。
  • 9.这道色泽鲜艳,酸甜可口,一口咬下去果香四溢,清甜果香味带着原汁原味虾球的鲜香味;开胃爽口的橙汁虾球就完成啦。
