宫保鸡丁我老公特别的喜欢吃,我也很喜欢,这道菜吃起来超级下饭,每次我做,我老公和我都能吃一大碗饭,做起来也是很简单哦!我不是非常的喜欢吃麻椒,所以我只是放了带麻椒粒的花生米,没有额外放,我觉得非常的适合我的胃口,呵呵。

Steps to make 宫保鸡丁

  • 1.把食材都准备好,胡萝卜切成1点5厘米左右的小块,干辣椒切碎,大葱切成段
  • 2.鸡胸脯要去掉上面的筋膜,切成1点5厘米左右的正方块
  • 3.放入碗里,放入一点淀粉,盐,料酒,酱油腌制20分钟
  • 4.锅里放入油,放入腌制好的鸡肉丁翻炒,等肉都变色后,盛出来放入盘子里
  • 5.锅里在放入一点底油,放入切碎的干辣椒翻炒,放入胡萝卜翻炒
  • 6.在放入刚才炒变色的鸡肉粒翻炒,感觉鸡肉有7分熟了后,放入调料汁【酱油,盐,糖,醋,料酒,】在加入适量的水小火炖煮
  • 7.等汤汁炖干了后,就可以放入花生米,葱段了哦,翻炒几次就可以出锅了
  • 8.喜欢吃酸甜口的,可以适当的增加糖,醋的比例就可以了哦
