  • 青椒3瓣
  • 蚝油5g
  • 白砂糖5ml

Steps to make 土豆豆角烧香菇

  • 1.豆角洗净掰成5cm左右的段,土豆削皮切块、香菇洗净掰成块
  • 2.猪肉切薄片,葱切段、青椒切丝、姜蒜切片备用
  • 3.锅烧热入油,倒入肉片翻炒至微微卷曲,表面泛黄
  • 4.倒入切好的土豆、豆角、香菇转大火翻炒,入生抽调味
