Steps to make 糖醋苤蓝

  • 1.苤蓝一个。
  • 2. 去掉外皮。
  • 3.切片,净重400克。
  • 4.材料:苤蓝切片400克,青红辣椒100克切不规则块,大蒜40克切片,生姜40克切丝。
  • 5.将香醋200克,酱油100克,白砂糖50克加入一碗中,用勺子搅拌促进砂糖化开。
  • 6.将所有材料装入苤蓝碗中。
  • 7.倒入调料汁,上下翻拌一下,不要担心上面的菜淹不着。
  • 8.盖上保鲜膜静置。
  • 9.大约腌两小时水就会渗出来,漫过刚才淹不着的地方。
  • 10.到晚饭时就可以吃了。腌好后放冰箱冷藏保存。
