萝卜炖牛腩
牛腩即牛腹部及靠近牛肋处的松软肌肉,以新鲜黄牛的牛腩为好。牛腩中的蛋白质含量高,味道鲜美,深受人们喜爱,具有补脾胃、益气血、强筋骨、消水肿等功效。牛腩与白萝卜同煮,白萝卜化食去腥,牛腩醇香软糯,相得益彰,起到益气提神的作用。

  • 白萝卜半个
  • 干红椒3个
  • 八角1个
  • 香叶3片
  • 桔皮2片
  • 桂皮1小块
  • 白酒1汤匙
  • 生抽2汤匙
  • 老抽1汤匙
  • 冰糖20克

Steps to make 萝卜炖牛腩

  • 1.原料准备好;
  • 2.萝卜去皮切成合适的小块,姜切片,大蒜剁碎,其它材料洗净;
  • 3.牛腩用清水不断浸泡换水,去掉血水,清洗干净后,切成自己喜欢的大小;
  • 4.锅内入适量油,入姜蒜、香叶、干红椒、桔皮、八角、桂皮等小火炒出香味;
  • 5.倒入牛腩小火煸一会,煸出油来,这样不会太肥腻;
  • 6.倒入白酒稍炒,再倒入生抽、老抽上色;
  • 7.放入冰糖,炒至冰糖溶化;
  • 8.把所有材料换入沙煲中,加入与材料持平的热水;
  • 9.放入姜片,小火炖60分钟;
  • 10.放入白萝卜,继续炖30分钟;
  • 11.最后入盐调出适合自己喜欢的口味即可;
  • 12.盛碗。
