大头靴子面包

Steps to make 大头靴子面包

  • 1.面粉备好!
  • 2.酵母,糖,盐,水,搅拌均匀!
  • 3.先倒入食用油,然后边倒入酵母水边用筷子搅拌成絮!
  • 4.然后揉成团,盖保鲜膜放冷藏六到七个小时!
  • 5.在纸上画出鞋子的各个部分!图纸一!
  • 6.图纸二!
  • 7.面团取出后擀成薄面片,然后根据画好的图纸依次剪好鞋的各个部分!
  • 8.用油纸包好的易拉罐放到鞋底上!
  • 9.把鞋帮部分围着易拉罐贴好!
  • 10.然后把鞋跟部分贴好!
  • 11.把油纸弄成前大后小的圆柱体当做鞋身填充物!
  • 12.把鞋舌贴到油纸上!
  • 13.然后把鞋头部分贴好,如图!压在鞋舌上!
  • 14.把鞋带部分从中间切开,利用圆口裱花嘴扣三个冻当鞋扣!
  • 15.然后把面搓成条当做鞋带穿好!
  • 16.然后把鞋带部分贴上,再擀面片切条围在鞋底的周围,如图,稍加整理!
  • 17.最后均匀的抹上蛋液(记住每一次黏贴都要用水)烤箱预热200度15分钟中层,然后170度35--40分钟,看到上色均匀就可以了!
