玉米面发糕
逛超市时经常会提着很多杂粮回家,玉米面、小米、黄豆面、全麦粉等等,也喜欢自己动手蒸些发糕、馒头之类当早餐,这次在做发糕时加入了胡萝卜和牛奶,也算是粗粮细做吧

  • 白面粉150g
  • 玉米面100g
  • 黄豆面50g
  • 熟胡萝卜泥100g
  • 牛奶150g
  • 干酵母3g
  • 葡萄干30g

Steps to make 玉米面发糕

  • 1.胡萝卜切片蒸熟。
  • 2.用料理机打成泥。
  • 3.白面、玉米面、黄豆面、胡萝卜和干酵母泥称量放好。
  • 4.准备好 牛奶。
  • 5.牛奶慢慢地加入到面粉中搅拌至偏软的面团。
  • 6.取一个大碗,四周抹油,用手把面团拍平,上面放上洗好的葡萄干,盖盖饧发。(我这次偷懒想试试抹油直接蒸,不过从结果看来还是用屉布较好)
  • 7.饧发至两倍大。
  • 8.上锅蒸30分钟左右。
  • 9.蒸好的发糕,颜色很好看。
  • 10.趁热切片尝尝吧
