  • 1.准备的食材。
  • 2.咸鸭蛋先煮熟。
  • 3.将煮熟的咸鸭蛋、皮蛋切丁。鸡蛋打散份开蛋清、蛋黄。
  • 4.将蛋清倒入咸蛋、皮蛋丁中,加少许盐。准备一个容器刷上少许油。
  • 5.蛋清+皮蛋+咸蛋倒入容器中,放进蒸锅。
  • 6.煮沸水后计时,蒸10分钟。
  • 7.再倒入蛋黄液。
  • 8.盖上一张锡纸或保鲜膜防水汽滴到鸡蛋表面,继续蒸8分钟左右。
  • 9.出锅,倒扣脱模,切块装盘。
  • 10.成品。
