Steps to make 【虾仁豆腐羹】(保健养生)

  • 1.原料备齐,虾仁去除沙线清洗干净,豆腐选用嫩豆腐。
  • 2.将虾仁放入搅拌机打成泥,加入豆腐一起打几秒钟即可。
  • 3.虾仁豆腐泥倒入盆中,加1只蛋清,少许盐和少许五香粉充分搅拌均匀。
  • 4.锅里放入温水,用小勺挖虾仁豆腐泥到水中,动作要轻柔。
  • 5.虾仁豆腐泥全部制成丸后,开小火加热到微微沸腾。
  • 6.加入玉米粒,红椒粒,香葱,加少许盐和鸡精调味,最后用湿淀粉勾芡,待汤汁变成羹状即可关火了。
