宫廷桃酥

Steps to make 宫廷桃酥

  • 1.原料:面粉(中筋,也就是咱们常用的面粉)、糖、鸡蛋、黑芝麻、玉米油、小苏打、泡打粉和盐。
  • 2.烤箱预热180度,将面粉中的一半,放烤盘里,放入烤箱中层,烤10分钟。
  • 3.另一半面粉加小苏打、泡打粉。
  • 4.再加糖,用筛网筛一下,使它们均匀混合。
  • 5.烤箱的面粉烤至颜色发黄时,拿出来晾凉,并用筛网筛一下。
  • 6.鸡蛋、玉米油和盐,混合,并搅拌,搅至完全乳化的状态。
  • 7.将两种面粉混合搅拌均匀。
  • 8.面粉倒在蛋油的混合液里,和成面团。
  • 9.用手轻轻揉成一个个差不多大的小面团,用手掌压扁,放在烤盘上,中间要留有距离,小面团在烘烤时会涨大一点。
  • 10.刷上蛋液,撒上一点黑芝麻,放入预热180度的烤箱里,烘烤20分钟,结束后,不开箱门,焖5分钟左右。
  • 11.酥脆、香甜的小桃酥做好了。
