空炸蒜蓉虾

Steps to make 空炸蒜蓉虾

  • 1.海虾清洗干净,用剪刀剪去虾枪和虾须,再用刀切开虾背,去掉虾线。
  • 2.再次将海虾清洗干净,控去水分。
  • 3.大蒜去皮,切末加入酱油拌匀。
  • 4.再加入一勺鲜贝露搅拌均匀。
  • 5.海虾表面刷一层食用油。
  • 6.再把蒜末调好的酱汁放到虾背上。
  • 7.空气炸锅180度,预热5分钟,把海虾摆放到空气炸锅里,温度180度,烤10分钟。
  • 8.烤好了,打开盖子,香鲜味扑鼻而来。
