玫瑰奶冻
孩子不能吃太多的冰激凌,太凉了,那么咱就做一款特别适合夏天给孩子吃的奶冻,这款奶冻不仅样子像玫瑰,还带着淡淡的玫瑰香味,入口爽滑,奶香浓郁,包你吃了还想吃。

  • 淡奶油60g
  • 火龙果汁50g
  • 玫瑰花瓣3g
  • 吉利丁片2片

Steps to make 玫瑰奶冻

  • 1.干玫瑰花瓣洗净。
  • 2.用厨房纸吸干水分。
  • 3.把玫瑰花和200克淡奶油一起放入锅里。我做的多,只用60克,其它的我做蛋糕用。
  • 4.小火煮开后晾凉,冰箱冷藏一晚,让奶油吸收玫瑰的香味。
  • 5.吉利丁片提前20分钟用冰水泡软。
  • 6.把冷藏的淡奶油取60克,放入锅里,倒入纯牛奶和适量的糖,煮到70度左右。我个人是喜欢原味不加糖的。
  • 7.火龙果榨汁过滤,只要汁,千万不要有籽。
  • 8.将热奶液70g倒入火龙果汁中,加入一片泡软的吉利丁片。
  • 9.搅拌到吉利丁片融化。热奶和火龙果汁混合后温度在50度左右。刚刚好融化吉利丁片。
  • 10.倒入模具中,倒五分满,冰箱冷藏约1小时,让其凝固。
  • 11.剩余的奶液温度在50度左右,放入一片吉利丁片,搅拌到吉利丁片完全融化。
  • 12.倒在模具的上部,然后冰箱冷藏2小时以上。
  • 13.冷藏凝固后就可以脱模啦。又漂亮又好吃的玫瑰花奶冻就做好啦,有玫瑰香味的玫瑰奶冻。
  • 14.这里特别提示,火龙果汁里面千万不要有籽,否则籽沉淀就很难看啦。这个就是我第一次做失败的。
