Steps to make 蜜汁烤鱼

  • 1.鱼处理干净对半切开相连部分不要切断备用。
  • 2.先来调个料汁,小碗里倒入蒸鱼酱油。
  • 3.倒入黄豆酱。
  • 4.加入盐、孜然粉、辣椒粉。
  • 5.搅拌均匀,料汁就做好了。
  • 6.葱姜切丝,鱼身两边划几刀,放入葱姜丝,倒入调好的料汁。
  • 7.带上一次性手套揉抓均匀,盖上保鲜膜冷藏腌制两个小时。
  • 8.腌好的鱼放入烤网里,鱼尾用锡纸包裹起来,避免烤糊。
  • 9.烤箱提前预热好,空气炸功能180度,放入中层。
  • 10.烤18分钟,最后8分钟时,鱼身刷上一层食用油,撒上孜然粉、辣椒粉、熟芝麻,至烘烤结束撒少许香葱碎即可。
