    • 1.石锅拌饭,你得有个石锅吧,我不晓得我这个是不是石锅,反正是在炭市街后面买的,两个花了40块钱吧。好像是这个价格,因为买的很早了,现在有一个锅因为我处理不当,已经挂了~~~
    • 2.所有你喜欢的蔬菜,洗净,处理好,切丝切丝,切片切片
    • 3.既然是石锅拌饭,你得把米饭准备好吧。如果可以,你也可以石锅拌面,石锅拌馍。。。后两个我都没尝试过,如果你有大胆创新的精神,可以试试,好不好吃我就不知道了。
    • 4.金针菇那是烫熟的,,,
    • 5.菠菜也一样
    • 6.胡萝卜你要炒熟,,,
    • 7.石锅底抹香油,不抹香油的话,米饭一定要烤到碳化,保证你怎么洗也洗不掉的。所以,一定要抹香油。弄完香油,把米饭铺好。
    • 8.小火慢慢闷那,闷到米粉吱吱冒热气的时候,就是好了。。。“吱吱”这个形容不是很妥吧,就这么个意思,你懂得
    • 9.另用平底锅煎个蛋,要5分熟吧,咋个5分熟呢,就是你看着面生就好了。把蛋卧倒米饭上,倒一勺韩国辣酱,撒上芝麻,滴几滴香油。。。哦了。然后搅吧搅吧,成了!(不好意思,我煎的蛋破掉了,无视吧)
