Steps to make 杏仁蛋白脆饼

  • 1.食材备用。
  • 2.将4。0克糖粉和80克杏仁粉混合过筛。
  • 3.在蛋清中滴入2毫升柠檬汁,用打蛋器打起大泡,然后分三次加入40克糖粉将蛋清打发至硬性发泡。
  • 4.将过筛的糖粉和杏仁粉分两次加入到蛋清糊中,用橡皮刮刀轻轻快速翻拌均匀。
  • 5.烤箱预热至170°C,烤盘内垫油纸,将面糊装入裱花袋,挤成一个个小圆球,每个间稍留有空隙。
  • 6.入烤箱中上层,烤约18分钟即可。
