固元阿胶糕

Steps to make 固元阿胶糕

  • 1.准备好阿胶一盒250克。
  • 2.将阿胶敲碎,放入料理机打磨成粉。(黄冰糖也要打碎。
  • 3.将阿胶粉盛盆里,倒入500克的客家黄酒,浸泡两天48小时。
  • 4.准备好红枣,枸杞、核桃仁。(红枣要去核剪小块)。
  • 5.500克的炒熟黑芝麻准备好。
  • 6.上不粘锅,加入已泡过两天的阿胶和冰糖,开头大火煮开,后全程转成细火慢慢熬煮至如图中,提起滴落能挂旗就可以了。
  • 7.加入红枣枸杞核桃仁,快速拌均。(全程要细火)。
  • 8.接着加入黑芝麻迅速混合拌均。
  • 9.将拌均好的食材倒入铺有保鲜膜的烤盘里。
  • 10.表明贴着保鲜膜,用擀面棍擀平等凉却。
  • 11.将凉却好的阿胶切成小片片完成。分开放入冰箱冷藏保存,早晚各吃一片即可。(有条件的话、可用真空单独包装保存)。
