  • 18.用刮刀将表面刮平。
  • 19.刮至平整状态即可。
  • 20.卡亿烤箱焙烤模式,150度,40分钟,放置中间层。

  • 22.取出后放凉,将四个角油纸先撕开。
  • 23.放凉后用蛋糕刀把边缘斜切平整。
  • 24.用擀面杖放在一侧油纸下面轻压一下。
  • 25.使其蛋糕开头没有空心,比较饱满。
  • 26.新手得小心操作,一般蛋糕卷不能烤得过干,需低温慢烘焙比较好,温度过高,在卷的时候容易断裂开。
  • 27.油纸裹好后,轻压几分钟左右做定型。
  • 28.撕开油纸后,用锋利的刀具切均匀大小的片状即可。
