    • 1.秋葵、鸡蛋清洗干净,胡萝卜清洗切花片。
    • 2.锅中放水烧开,加点盐和油,先后放入秋葵、胡萝卜焯水2-3分钟捞出。
    • 3.秋葵凉后斜切段放到盘中。
    • 4.鸡蛋煮熟剥壳。

    • 7.蒜泥、牛肉酱、凉拌酱油、香醋调成酱汁(蒜泥已经用油炸好,就没另外放油了)。
