Steps to make 冬至必吃,羊肉胡萝卜饺子

  • 1.羊后腿肉切成约0.2厘米的粒儿,胡萝卜用擦丝器擦成细丝儿切成粒,汆水备用。
  • 2.羊肉粒下入盐、花椒面、干姜面、葱花、姜末、酱油、胡麻油、香油;加100克水搅拌,腌制5分钟后,加入胡萝卜粒搅拌均匀即可。
  • 3.面粉加盐,和成面团,醒发10分钟后,揉至表面光滑。
  • 4.面团揉长条,揪成大小同一的小剂子,擀成中间厚,边缘薄的皮。
  • 5.包出自己擅长和喜欢的形状,饺子开水下锅煮开后约点凉水三次,就可捞出锅。
