    Steps to make 糖醋里脊

    • 1.将磨成泥,挤出汁备用。
    • 2.里脊肉切成等大的小方块,用一根筷子放在下面,横着切成块,竖着切成条,底部不断。
    • 3.切好的里脊丝,用盐,白胡椒,蛋清,姜汁,抓匀腌制十分钟。
    • 4.腌制好后用干淀粉拌均匀,抖落一下浮在上面的淀粉,然后放在漏勺里备用。
    • 5.立即放在漏勺里一起下入八成热的油锅里,迅速炸定型,捞出复炸一次,里脊肉不要炸时间长,老了就硬。炸好的里脊装盘备用。
    • 6.锅里放入番茄酱、白糖、半碗水煮至沸腾后,继续煮一分钟左右,勾芡。
    • 7.浇在里脊上即可上桌喽。
