    Steps to make 玫瑰猪蹄

    • 2.玫瑰干花。

    • 4.把玫瑰干花,干柠檬片一片 八角 桂皮 茴香 放入纱布袋,扎好袋口。猪蹄放入压力煲内胆,加老抽,酒,冰糖,白醋少许,清水少许(因为已经腌制过,就不要在加盐了)放入纱布袋,稍微拌匀。
    • 5.压力煲调到猪蹄这档,这个时间大概需要40钟。
    • 6.打开压力煲,这时猪蹄已经煮的差不多了。为了更加入味,并收干水份,把内胆的材料汤汁倒入砂锅,并放入前面洗好的木耳。
    • 7.大火烧开,小火慢炖,这个时候刚好做几个蔬菜,等你其它菜做差不多就开大火收干。
    • 8.装盘,经过风干,猪蹄一点不油腻,皮吃着特别的Q.散发着玫瑰花的香味。柠檬片可以去掉猪蹄的很多杂味。
