肉松酥
用传统老式桃酥的方法做了这款肉松酥,用的是微咸口,吃起来香酥可口,一点都不腻人。如果甜的点心吃腻了,一定要试试这款微咸的肉松酥,真的是令人欲罢不能。

Steps to make 肉松酥

  • 1.植物油和鸡蛋混合。搅打均匀。
  • 2.打匀的油蛋液,筛入面粉,放入盐。
  • 3.粗略拌匀。
  • 4.我用的是鸡肉松。用手将肉松大概撕扯开,放入拌好的面粉里。
  • 5.揉匀成团。
  • 6.把面团分成约25g一个左右的小面剂子,团圆放入烤盘。
  • 7.用手指直接压扁,小面团自然开裂,成1cm厚的面饼。
  • 8.在面饼中间撒上一些芝麻,轻轻压实。
  • 9.烤箱提前预热。烤盘放入烤箱,中层,上下火,190度。15分钟。烤好晾凉密封保存即可。
