奶油蛋糕
收到人人都是美食家烘焙的活动大礼包,里面有各种种类的面粉,以前一直用新良蛋糕粉,这次得到的新良焙食尚原味蛋糕粉还是第一次用,正好赶上儿子生日,就用焙食尚蛋糕粉做了生日蛋糕,蛋糕更细腻了,蛋糕是八寸的方子,戚风蛋糕怎么做这里就不啰嗦了,我以前发的菜谱里有,现在正是芒果大量上市的季节,用芒果做成花也不错,这样还能省去裱花的麻烦,用薄荷叶点缀一下,这小清新的蛋糕看着不错吧!

  • 淡奶油500g
  • 绵白糖50g
  • 芒果半个
  • 火龙果1个

Steps to make 奶油蛋糕

  • 1.戚风蛋糕一切三
  • 2.芒果去皮,避开果核,切成块,然后再切成薄片状。
  • 3.火龙果切薄片,用心形模具刻出心形(剩余的火龙果铺在蛋糕上)
  • 4.500克淡奶油放入50克绵白糖就行打发,打发至有纹路状态,一小部分装入裱花袋
  • 5.取一片蛋糕片,取适量奶油,把奶油抹平
  • 6.放上火龙果,盖上另一片蛋糕,继续抹平
  • 7.继续放上火龙果
  • 8.直至三片蛋糕片全部抹平
  • 9.把心形的火龙果放在蛋糕的外侧
  • 10.蛋糕上挤上一点奶油,取一片芒果肉卷起来当花心放置在奶油上,将剩余芒果肉围着花心摆放一圈,最后围成自己想要的大小即可
  • 11.剩余的地方用裱花嘴填满,薄荷叶点缀一下即可
