  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.牛柳切粗丝,加入生抽、料酒、淀粉、食用油拌匀备用。
  • 3.泡包菜切丝备用。
  • 4.西芹、红椒洗净切丝。
  • 5.锅中油热、下牛肉丝滑散,盛起备用;锅中余油下西芹炒匀,倒入泡菜。
  • 6.倒入滑好的牛柳,炒匀。
  • 7.加入盐、胡椒、豉油,翻炒均匀。
  • 8.撒入红椒丝,调好味,炒匀即可盛起。
