蔓越莓抹茶饼干
袋子里还剩了一些蔓越莓干,不多,用来做了这款饼干。
味道还不错,就是蔓越莓太少了,被妈妈嫌弃了,唉。。。

  • 黄油50g
  • 蔓越莓12g
  • 糖粉25g
  • 蛋液15g
  • 抹茶粉10g

Steps to make 蔓越莓抹茶饼干

  • 1.将软化的黄油和糖粉混合,用手动打蛋器搅打混合均匀。
  • 2.分两次倒入蛋液。每次都搅打至完全融合才加下一次。
  • 3.称量好低粉,将抹茶粉倒入低粉中,混合均匀。
  • 4.将低粉和抹茶粉混合过筛入黄油糊中。
  • 5.用橡皮刮刀且拌均匀,至无干粉颗粒状。
  • 6.将蔓越莓干切成小颗粒状。
  • 7.将蔓越莓小颗粒倒入面团中,用手轻抓均匀。
  • 8.整形成一个光滑的面团。包上保鲜膜,入冰箱冷冻半小时。
  • 9.面团取出好哦,用擀面杖隔着保鲜膜擀平,成3mm左右的薄片状。
  • 10.用模具刻出喜欢的形状。
  • 11.烤箱预热,上下火,中层,150度15分钟。
  • 12.烤好后取出晾凉即可。
