蔓越莓麻薯包
麻薯包做法比较简单,大致可以分为面团型和面糊型,这两种做法我都尝试过,个人觉得,面团型的成品不容易出现塌陷和凹底,且内部空洞更为明显;而面糊型的成品口感更为软糯,但外形不如面团型的挺立。具体用哪种方式制作麻薯包,还是根据个人需求和口味来选择为好。

  • 麻薯预拌粉100克
  • 蛋液15克
  • 牛奶55克
  • 黄油25克
  • 蔓越莓15克

Steps to make 蔓越莓麻薯包

  • 1.麻薯预拌粉、蛋液、牛奶混合,揉搓均匀。
  • 2.面团经过反复揉搓逐渐有弹性后,加入软化好的黄油,继续揉搓均匀。
  • 3.撒入切碎的蔓越莓,揉匀。
  • 4.分成20克一个的小面团,摆入烤盘。
  • 5.放进预热好的烤箱,上下火170度,中层烘烤25分钟。
  • 6.烤好后放烤箱里焖5分钟再取出。
