Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

  • 1.鱼头,冲洗干净后切开,然后在鱼头上均匀的抹上一层盐,腌制5分钟,冲洗干净;然后再抹上一层盐,腌制5分钟,冲洗干净备用。
  • 2.姜,一般切成末,一半切片,多多的;大蒜切成末。
  • 3.2种辣椒,一种一半,混合在一起。
  • 4.辣椒加上姜蒜末、蒸鱼豉油均匀的搅拌在一起备用。
  • 5.在一个大盘子里,铺上一层姜片,然后放上鱼头,把所有的辣椒都铺在鱼头上。
  • 6.开水上锅,蒸大约10--12分钟左右。
  • 7.炒锅烧热,倒入茶油,烧至冒烟,泼在蒸好的鱼头上即可。
