Steps to make 四喜鱼丸

  • 1.鱼肉开片后,用刀顺着鱼的纤维刮片。
  • 2.葱姜水准备好
  • 3.用刀拍成细腻的鱼茸 刮下来本来就很细了 拍了劲道点
  • 4.把鱼茸顺一个方向用尽搅拌(把姜葱水分几次加入,期间要加盐 蛋清 继续顺一个方向搅拌,时间长鱼丸就泡,口感就好)我不歇气的拌了十多分钟。
  • 5.放馅料
  • 6.不管怎么样。。想办法包起来。。
  • 7.鱼丸漂起就好了 把上面的浮沫去掉(不要让水大开翻滚)。
  • 8.收工
