墨米盛产于世界著名长寿之乡巴马县与东兰县交界高寒区域,受独特地理、气候、环境、土质、水质等条件的影响,产生的墨米营养含量较高。墨米,亦称黑贡米,古时把它献给汉武帝,汉王食后赞曰“神米”,从此被历代皇帝所享有故以“贡米”久负盛名。墨米的营养价值和药用价值都比较高,在《本草钢木》中记载:有滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、明目活血的功效。 墨米被认为是稻米中的珍品,它是近年国标流行的“健康食品”之一。

  • 白糖2勺
  • 稻米油1勺
  • 椰蓉50g
  • 草莓10颗

Steps to make 椰香墨米草莓团子

  • 1.墨米和大米混合,洗净后加适量水和一勺稻米油放入电饭煲中蒸熟
  • 2.蒸熟的米饭趁热放入适量白糖拌匀
  • 3.用擀面杖将其捣碎(这个过程有些漫长,要有耐心哦)
  • 4.直到米饭变的很有粘性即可
  • 5.草莓洗净并控干水份备用
  • 6.带上一次性手套并蘸少许油防粘,取适量米饭放在手心
  • 7.将米饭压扁并放上草莓收口
  • 8.收口后置于手心将其滚圆
  • 9.放在装有椰蓉的碗中裹上一层椰蓉即可
