Steps to make 肉末炸酱面

  • 1.将金针菇、胡萝卜等洗净。
  • 2.切成细条备用。
  • 3.锅内烧开适量清水,先将豆芽烫熟后捞出。
  • 4.依次把胡萝卜、金针菇、彩椒、香菇烫熟,捞出控水。
  • 5.海苔剪成条状备用。
  • 6.锅内放适量油,放入葱姜爆香,放入肉末炒至变色,加适量料酒,翻炒。
  • 7.放入一勺豆瓣酱,小火,炒出酱香味,关火即可。
  • 8.锅内放入适量清水,将面条煮熟,捞出过凉水,码入碗中,码上烫好的蔬菜,加入炸酱,就可以开吃了。
