牛肉蘑菇炸酱

Steps to make 牛肉蘑菇炸酱

  • 1.材料:黄豆酱、牛肉、蘑菇(平菇)、葱适量,鸡蛋1只,食用油适量。
  • 2.牛肉、蘑菇、葱切成碎粒。
  • 3.锅预热加入食用油加入葱碎炒香。
  • 4.加入牛肉翻炒均匀。
  • 5.加入蘑菇翻炒均匀。
  • 6.倒入酱翻炒均匀。
  • 7.小火慢炖,并不断翻炒避免粘锅底。
  • 8.最后加入一个鸡蛋。
  • 9.翻炒均匀,关火,盛放到容器中凉凉,放入冰箱保存时间长一些,随吃随取即可。
