  • 大葱半段
  • 清酒40ml
  • 植物油10ml
  • 黄油10g
  • 蒜粒1颗

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.平底锅加热倒入适量的植物油,放入蒜末炒香
  • 3.水冲洗花蛤,然后用盐水泡一会,让其充分吐出沙粒后,倒入锅中翻炒片刻
  • 4.倒入清酒
  • 5.盖上盖子焖煮一会
  • 6.至蛤蜊开壳后,打开锅盖
  • 7.倒入黄油
  • 8.倒入又伊鲜鲜味酱油调味
  • 9.翻炒调味均匀,最后出锅前撒上葱花即可
  • 10.完成啦
