  • 淀粉少许
  • 料酒10g
  • 老抽1小勺

Steps to make 孜然羊肉

  • 1.香菜取根洗干净,羊肉洗干净切成片。
  • 2.准备葱姜蒜,鸡蛋,孜然和辣椒面。
  • 3.香菜切成小段,生姜和大蒜切片备用。
  • 4.切好的羊肉加入一个蛋清,淀粉,盐,白糖,味精,料酒,胡椒粉和老抽。
  • 5.用手抓拌均匀腌制20分钟。
  • 6.锅中倒油300克,油温七成热将腌好的肉倒进去翻炒至变白。
  • 7.捞出控油。
  • 8.锅中倒油,油温七成热将孜然粒,辣椒面和葱姜蒜倒进去炒出香味。
  • 9.再将羊肉倒进去翻炒均匀。
  • 10.最后将香菜放进去翻炒两下关火。
  • 11.美味可口,色香味俱全的孜然炒羊肉是不是看着都想吃。
