  • 面粉80g
  • 可可粉20g
  • 泡打粉3g

Steps to make 可可果酱软饼

  • 1.黄油隔水融化。
  • 2.糖粉和鸡蛋放入容器中。
  • 3.用打蛋器打匀。
  • 4.再分次加入黄油,用打蛋器打匀。
  • 5.将面粉、可可粉和泡打粉混合过筛筛入蛋液中。
  • 6.用刮刀拌匀。
  • 7.模具中抹上一层黄油,倒入面糊8分满。
  • 8.再在中间挤上适量果酱。
  • 9.烤箱180度预热。
  • 10.放入模具中层上下火烤25分钟。
  • 11.成品图。
