昨天晚上用长帝e•Bake互联网烤箱烤了曲奇饼干,这次烤出来的饼干特别满意,上色均匀且颜色漂亮,晾凉后连夜打包给弟弟寄去了一些。这个方子面糊用一次性裱花袋就能轻松挤出来,而且烤好后纹路清晰,口感特别好,很酥松!

  • 黄油180克
  • 猪油20克
  • 全蛋液40克
  • 纯牛奶40克
  • 糖粉85克
  • 细砂糖40克

Steps to make 奶香曲奇

  • 1.黄油切块室温软化,加入猪油,糖粉和细砂糖。
  • 2.用刮刀拌匀。
  • 3.再用打蛋器低速打至颜色变浅,体积变大。
  • 4.分4次加入鸡蛋和牛奶的混合液体,每次加入都要打发至黄油和液体完全融合再加下一次。
  • 5.筛入低粉。
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀翻拌成曲奇面糊。
  • 7.将面糊装入裱花袋中。
  • 8.烤盘铺油纸,挤出自己喜欢的花样。
  • 9.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下管同时加热,温度调节为170度,20分钟。
  • 10.出炉后晾凉即可食用,吃不完的可以用密封罐子或密封袋装好,防止发潮影响口感。
