  • 1.姜片切末,将蛋清和蛋黄分开,康乐醋+生抽酱油+糖调好,姜末倒入醋汁里
  • 2.起油锅,当油冒烟时关火,将蛋清倒入,等蛋清结块是用筷子划散,全部结块后沥油盛起
  • 3.开火继续加热油,倒入蛋黄,用筷子不停调和,此时火要小,避免结锅底,等蛋黄成胶状即可盛起
  • 4.将调好的醋汁倒入锅内,煮开,倒入蛋白和蛋黄,翻炒均匀盛起即可
