【咖啡玛德琳】
平时喜欢喝咖啡,一天一杯是正常的,偶尔性兴致好了喝两杯也不算多。不过,我喝咖啡单纯只是因为喜欢这个味道,喜欢醇厚的苦中混合着香甜的感觉。。。
或许是体质原因,咖啡的提神作用对我来说简直形同虚设,偶尔晚上有困得睁不开眼还需要写完一篇菜谱的时候,即便泡了杯咖啡喝下肚,却仍然只能勉强撑着眼皮写完菜谱就马上倒下睡着。。。
所以,因为喜欢咖啡,很多时候我会想把它加到甜点里,让做出来的甜点也带着咖啡的醇香~而今天这款咖啡味道的玛德琳,就是实验品之一了。。。做好的成品,口感还是一般玛德琳的那种感觉,味道么,我能说它是苦甜苦甜的么?嘻嘻。。。

材料:
低筋面粉45g,醇咖啡粉7.2g(4袋),蛋液55g,细砂糖60g,黄油55g,泡打粉1/2小勺

  • 泡打粉1/2小勺

Steps to make 【咖啡玛德琳】

  • 1.将鸡蛋和糖一起打入小盆中
  • 2.用手动打蛋器充分搅匀,使糖溶解;注意不要打发;
  • 3.加入咖啡粉
  • 4.搅匀使得咖啡粉溶解入蛋液中;
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉
  • 6.搅打均匀
  • 7.黄油隔水融化成液态
  • 8.倒入面糊中
  • 9.搅匀
  • 10.盖好保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏1小时
  • 11.取出回温至可流动状态后,装入裱花袋并挤入玛德琳模中,8分满
  • 12.送入预热好的烤箱中层,190度15分钟
  • 13.出炉晾凉密封保存
