  • 番茄酱3大匙
  • 白糖1大匙
  • 1大匙

Steps to make 菠萝咕噜鱼

  • 1.将鲈鱼洗净去鳞去内脏,用刀去掉骨头,横切成两片。
  • 2.将两片鱼肉切成相等的小鱼块,加入1个蛋黄、1勺料酒和半勺盐,适量的胡椒粉抓均均。
  • 3.碗里准备好3大匙的面粉,将裹满蛋黄的鱼块朝面粉里粘上一层干面粉。
  • 4.提前上锅,倒入约200毫升左右的食用油烧热,将裹满面粉的鱼块炸至金黄色捞出。
  • 5.将所有炸好的鱼块盛盘备用。
  • 6.取个小碗,加入3大匙的番茄酱、1大匙的白糖和1大匙的水拌均成香汁料。
  • 7.提前将菠萝、青红椒洗净切好。
  • 8.再上锅,打入一勺油,加入事先准备好的香汁料,烧至汤汁有点浓稠。
  • 9.加入青椒和红椒拌炒至断生。
  • 10.最后加入鱼块和菠萝拌炒均匀,裹满香汁料马上关火。
  • 11.成品,趁热享用。
