Steps to make 一品蟹汤

  • 1.将蟹用毛刷清干净后掰蟹壳,将蟹腮清除干净备用。
  • 2.锅中放油加热,放入清洗后的蟹,加入姜丝煸一下,加入料酒去醒,翻炒一分钟。
  • 3.锅中加水,放入少许盐大磷火火煮开,继续煮十五分钟。
  • 4.待锅中汤汁煮好后将白罗卜丝放入,再煮三分钟,将白罗卜丝煮熟。
  • 5.加入鸡精调好味,撒上葱花即可。
