Steps to make 香煎鳕鱼

  • 1.鳕鱼洗净,用厨房纸吸去水分。
  • 2.煎鱼配菜:西红柿、蒜、洋葱。
  • 3.小锅放水烧开,放少许盐和植物油,将西兰花放入煮~2分钟。
  • 4.鳕鱼块正反面都撒上黑胡椒和盐抹匀。
  • 5.鱼的两面沾干面粉。
  • 6.平底锅烧热,放一点素油,将鱼放进去,然后放一小块黄油小火煎。
  • 7.鱼的空隙处放洋葱和蒜片,煎出味将蒜片和洋葱盛出。
  • 8.小火继续慢慢煎至两面焦黄,中间也熟了,煎鱼的锅将小西红柿煎炸一下。
  • 9.盛出摆盘。(西兰花在开水中加油和盐焯熟即可)。
