香辣嫩豆腐

  • 老抽半茶匙
  • 鸡粉三分之一茶匙

Steps to make 香辣嫩豆腐

  • 1.豆腐一盒取出封面倒扣在菜板上,四个角各切一下轻轻拍打一下一盒豆腐就出来了!
  • 2.切块备用
  • 3.葱,蒜,小米辣切碎备用
  • 4.起油锅倒入适量的底油烧至五成热下蒜末,小米辣,豆瓣酱煸炒出香味
  • 5.加入小半碗水
  • 6.倒入豆腐加入半茶匙老抽,三分之一茶匙鸡粉调味
  • 7.大火烧开煮至汤汁浓稠水欠(就是少许生粉和水调匀)即可出锅
  • 8.成品
