  • 砂糖45g
  • 酵母10g
  • 炼乳15g
  • 低筋面粉50g
  • 全蛋液30g
  • 3g
  • 黄油32g
  • 高筋面粉200g
  • 75g
  • 牛奶40g
  • 蛋黄液11g
  • 牛奶22g

Steps to make 三股辫子面包

  • 1.将除黄油以外的所有面包材料放入面包机内,启动和面程序,设置20分钟
  • 2.和面10分钟后检查面团,有厚膜后加入黄油,和面至能拉出不易破的手套膜
  • 3.将面团搓圆放入盆内,盖上保鲜膜后进行一发
  • 4.手沾面粉插入面团,不塌陷不回缩即发酵完成
  • 5.将面团平均分成6份,再平均分成3份,盖上保鲜膜后静置20分钟
  • 6.取3小份,分别搓成长条形
  • 7.编成三股辫子
  • 8.烤箱启动发酵功能,设置38度,时间50分钟
  • 9.制作蛋黄液:蛋黄加入牛奶内,打散拌匀后过筛倒入喷壶内
  • 10.将发酵好的面团取出,烤箱预热170度
  • 11.均匀地朝面包胚上喷洒蛋黄液
  • 12.放上杏仁片装饰一下
  • 13.烤箱170度15-18分钟
  • 14.出炉马上放在晾架上放至手温后密封保存
