Steps to make 基础版日本寿司

  • 1.取两个鸡蛋,打在碗里,加适量盐,搅拌均匀后煎成蛋饼。大火热锅,小火煎饼,不要动,慢慢煎,确保蛋饼成形。
  • 2.将煎好的蛋饼切成条状。
  • 3.胡萝卜切成条状,焯水,煮熟。
  • 4.黄瓜切成条状。
  • 5.玉米肠切成条状。
  • 6.取适量寿司醋。没有的可以自己调配,比例是盐1:糖2:醋2,需要将三者融化开来。
  • 7.将寿司醋加入米饭中,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.开始做寿司:竹帘卷铺开,上面铺上一张保鲜膜。
  • 9.放上一张寿司海苔。
  • 10.铺点米饭,带上一次性手套,将米饭稍微摁实一点,这样切出来的寿司比较好看。
  • 11.均匀的涂抹上一层沙拉酱。
  • 12.加入肉松。
  • 13.加入其他准备好的材料:蛋饼条、胡萝卜条、黄瓜条、玉米肠条。
  • 14.开始卷寿司,卷得稍微紧实一点。
  • 15.卷好的寿司。
  • 16.切成块状,即可享用!
  • 17.还做了一款涂沙拉酱的寿司,用沙拉酱做的寿司白白的,用番茄酱做的寿司红扑扑的。都好吃!
